I sent an email to James Thomas H&C on Saturday morning and received a call back within 10 minutes asking how they could help. We set an appointment for the following Thursday and Joey the technician arrived right on time, evaluated the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Courteous, efficient on-time service cannot always be found but it is alive and well at James Thomas! I highly recommend!
