Attempted to start the pool heater however the gas valve did not engage insured that gas valve was on inspected pilot assembly for any blockage found minor blockage but determined it was unlikely the root cause of the issue inspected wiring and found the multi wire connection on the control board was loose and all weld joints at the board had come apart causing voltage to be dropped before reaching the gas valve to engage gathered unit info on system.
