Found unit off on arrival but noticed that it had oil on and around suction line service valve. Turned unit on and let run no freezing occurred and unit was cooling home. Customer had refused repair at this time.
INSTALLED SUCTION LINE GASKET TO STOP LEAK
Found ductless system leaking water down wall clean drain lines on on system and found a Refrigerant leak at 1 of the joints bill's gonna return with Mike to repair it in the next day or so I I also looked at 4 other water source units all of them were low on charge installed stop leak and in all 4 units and recharged each one with their appropriate refrigerant cycled all systems all operations are OK at this time
Installed co detector and took photos of boiler and piping pictures are located in customer account all operations are normal at this time. Billed for install warranty.
Upon arrival both heaters were working. I advised one of the guys to blow out the flue pipe on the one heater
Started up oil furnace and set combustion air, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time
Found unit with the blower motor not operating, tried to check for voltage to the blower motor in which it had power and started working properly, cycled unit numerous times and could not duplicate the problem, checked all connections and found no issues. Explained to the customer what was going on and told her this may happen again and until it breaks completely that any parts replaced would be just guessing at this point.
Found unit frozen up, unthawed unit and balanced the charge with 2 pounds of R410A, found everything else to be in working order, all operations ok at this time.
checked drain lines for clog did not find any . reconnected drain lines and pored water down drains all are working
Fixed water leak on ductless head in hallway and in back side of conference room. Also found in file room low on charge.
Flushed drainthe out repaired insulation and found out side coil completely plugged cleaned system operation ok.also worked on geo units in back leak checked units found leak on discharge line repaired charged both units 6 lbs r- 22 .NEED TO RETUERN AND WORK ON TWO UNITS IN FRONT
Found unit has a bad compressor. Made all repairs cycled system everything us operational at this time.
