We had a short in a furnace wire. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the issue.
Thanks for responding so quickly to my request for a routine check up and signing me up for their annual checkup program. Also they provided me with great recommendations including all the options.
Highly recommend Jansen and Nick as the technician. They always get to us the same day and try their best to fix the problem.
We live in a condo complex built thirty years ago--when our HVAC died, our neighbors told us that because the construction was old that HVAC companies found replacement "challenging". Jansen gave us a fair bid and even though they had to find a way to fit new equipment in to a very small space-they did a FANTASTIC JOB--The owner even stopped by to check on progress--they were polite, professional and clean--We couldn't be happier.
Nick has always been great with the services done at my place!
These guys have never tried to sell me things I don’t need!
Overall I was pleased with how they handled service on our AC unit, which broke. Sent out technician right away. Took a while for the parts to come in, but they fixed the problem and treated us fairly on the bill. Would recommend.
