Found bad control board qouted price for replacement customer does not have money at this time for repair customer may finance repair.
Found limit switch tripped found source to be from the blower motor not starting due to a bad capacitor which I replaced also noted insulation stuck in the return which I removed. Cycled furnace all operations are normal at this time.
PO#020719RS Removed and replaced the thermostat that has been causing issues lately, cycled unit multiple times and tried to make sure unit was shutting off as it's supposed to, all operations ok at this time.
Customer called and said heaters weren't working. I found the breaker turned off. Calibrated thermostat to turn on and off with the correct temperature. Also advised customer I would talk to Nate to see if we could install a step down transformer and use a digital tstat. Electric heaters were working properly when I left
In the Yankee shelter found baseboard heaters staying on. I found a wire in one heater not connected. Reconnected the wire and now the thermostat is functioning properly.
Removed and replaced the condenser fan motor and capacitor which was the reason the system originally had a bad compressor, cycled all equipment, all operations ok at this time.
Found unit with the compressor locked up, freed up compressor, unit sounds rough so ordering a compressor to be installed, removed and replaced with a new compressor, vacuum system down, charged with 3.5 pounds of R410A, cycled all equipment, all operations ok at this time. Unit does need condenser coil cleaned also but will have to be approved since no water is onsite we have to bring a tank and pump to clean it like we have done at other sites.
Found steam generator with a bad steam valve Replaced steam valve assembley Cycled system all operation are ok at this time.
Removed and replaced the thermostat for the baseboard heaters, cycled equipment to male sure it was working properly, all operations ok at this time.
Found thermostat to not be controlling the heat properly, will need replaced, thermostat is 120V.
Found steam generator for men steam Room with a Defective steam valve that would not close all the time took apart steamvalve and cleaned debrie Out of valve cycle unit all operations are OK this time. If problem comes back we'll need to replace steam valve assembly.
