Very satisfied.

Great crew. Crew worked when there was snow on the ground and put “booties” on the feet to not track in house. Very happy with the work performed.

Arrived onsite to investigate insufficient heat on a Lennox propane furnace. The unit had gone out the previous week but was operating properly upon arrival. I presented options to further diagnose the issue or to perform an annual tune-up. The customer chose to proceed with the annual tune-up as the first step. I explained that if any additional issues occur, further diagnosis may be required. Performed annual tune-up, cleaned the burners, heat exchanger, igniter, flame sensor, and condensate trap. Checked all safety controls, venting, fans, and overall furnace operation. Bubble-tested the gas line and checked carbon monoxide levels — no leaks detected. Verified operation; system is running properly at this time.

Adjusted heating curve to 1.5 slope and level 10. Adjusted radiant temperature to 105 degrees. Advised them that it would take some time for the radiant to warm up the living room. Verified operation and system is working properly at this time.

We found that the existing sediment filter required replacement to maintain proper water quality and flow. We recommended installing the customer-supplied filter to improve system performance and ensure reliable protection for the home’s plumbing. We also identified multiple sections of piping and fittings that were heavily corroded and beginning to leak, and advised replacing these components to stop the leaks and restore a dependable, long-lasting plumbing system. Water to the system was shut off and fully drained. The existing sediment filter was removed, and we found it to be extremely dirty and packed with sediment, likely due to the well running low. The filter housing, including the threads and O-ring, was thoroughly cleaned. The new customer-supplied 4.5” x 20” sediment filter was installed hand tight, with lubricant applied to all gaskets and threaded connections. We cut out and removed the corroded piping within the three-valve bypass for the filter housing, including one b
