Had our HVAC die at our cabin. James spent 3 to 4 hours in the middle of the night trying to get the 12 year old unit to work. It just came down to him not being able to get the parts anymore, or he would have fixed it. We had guest coming the next day, he was able to make it work temporarily til we could get a new unit in. The quote he sent, I had a builder friend look at, and he said it was a fair price. Unit works great. I can't say enough about how nice, qualified, and honest James is. We had a short in a themostat wire (which was not his fault), and he came out and replaced for no charge. I rental company highly recommends him and now I know why.

I was shocked to learn that my furnace that Denson Heating and Air installed a few years ago was completely illegal and not safe. I have been breathing in carbon monoxide during the winter while I slept. It is horrifying to find out that you have been taken advantage of. JF Maxwell was a gem to deal with and knew the industry. My go to from now on.

we tried to reach a number of companies to assist with our unit in our second home. when we arrived for the holiday weekend we found water soaking the basement carpet once we discovered the origin we were able to contact J F Maxwell who sent a crew up on Sunday and replaced the entire unit.
