Ryan Hamann and another technician came to service my furnace that had just gone out on a cold night. He showed up within 20 mins and was able to fix the furnace and getting working again. Will be using these guys moving forward!

Perhaps the company is stretched a bit thin. When my service needed to be attended to after a recurrence of the original, paid-for problem, I was told the soonest I could expect a service person out to look at the problem was on Monday, (this was on Thursday morning) after the weekend, without heat, to fix what I'd already paid for. Unacceptable. I had to call ANOTHER service and pay them as well to fix the original problem. Of course, I could be seen after hours as long as I paid DOUBLE for the call!

Ryan arrived early and patiently waited while I ran home from work. He was energetic and helpful while displaying a lot expertise with HVAC. He got my furnace up and running right before a major cold front all for a quarter of the price that I was quoted by a competing service. Awesome guys, and awesome service, will definitely go back to Jim's again for my HVAC needs.
