Found no voltage coming from board going to gas valve. Need to give customer quote on new board.
Performed precision tuneup verified system was operating properly. Need to return ASAP to replace humidifier pad. Also repaired leak on half inch line underneath house.
Checked the humidifier Limescale buildup was causing the water to not drain down properly and leak from the drain port Replaced the humidifier pad and cleaned off the buildup in the filter housing Insured no leaks after putting the system back together

Exhaust on outside of house was filled with ice cut reducer off and put a straight 45 to give it more room
Customer reported problems with their plumbing and wanted to have it inspected. Performed a video inspection of their drain line to look for issues. Identified a major clog in their kitchen drain and cleared it. Bathroom drains appeared clear.
