Very pleased with the work done. Duct work cleaned & furnace fan cleaned. Chris told us exactly what he was doing and what he found. Very pleased with his service, even though he did have to come back a 2nd time to get it done due to equipment not working properly.

Customer had issues with a new switch tripping the breaker when it was flipped to the off position. The wires are old so I started unwiring each wire from the switch until it no longer tripped the breaker. After I found which wire was tripping the breaker I went through the house to see if anything was tied in with the wire, I could not find anything tied together with the wire so I capped it off and pushed in back into the switch box. Everything is working now
Blower wheel removed, cleaned and replaced.
Performed precision AC tuneup. Upon inspection, I noticed the terminals on the capacitor were rusty and corroded. Customer agreed to replace the capacitor.
Installed customer supplied sink. Verified proper operation.
Found system had clogged filter and dirty condenser coil. Changed filter and clean condenser. Found unit was low on R410A. Charged system under warranty. Maintenance items not covered by warranty. Recommend routine maintenance on system. Customer will call in if/when she decides to sign up for gold plan maintenance program.

Preformed furnace tune up Found inducer to be pulling lra 3.5 out of 3.8. Changed out with new motor on warranty Ensured proper system operation before leaving

Customer's air conditioner was only blowing air, not cooling at all. Saw that the condenser coil had frozen up. Defrosted the unit, cleaned out the condenser pan and drain, cleaned the area around the unit of debris and trash to prevent further issues.
Arrived and found water leaking from main inlet to water heater and tee fitting leading to it. Replaced tee fitting and copper lines leading to water heater Ensured no leaks with replaced fittings and pipe, NOTE! Shut off valve leading to water heater started leaking when opened (did not touch this fitting other than to open water to water heater) Customer was given a quote to fix this issue and wants to possibly get this taken care of during the scheduled heating tune up.
Furnace switch was left off turned on and verified operation
Performed a precision cooling tuneup everything is operating correctly. Customer is going to talk to her husband about doing a duct cleaning and blower wheel cleaning and will get back with us when she finds out what she wants to do
