Checked the main sewer line to the tank No clean outs outside that were visible Had to pull the toilet Ran the camera around 14-15ft 2 sections where roots are coming through the seems of the fittings Could start a root treatment, or can pull the toilet again and run a cutter bit through the line Owner stated the tank had not been flushed in at least 15 years Would highly recommend getting the tank flushed asap per code and to limit issues Recommend Layman’s septic No access to check leach field Reset the toilet and insured no leaks
Installed whole house iron filter per specs Performed the startup on the iron filter Insured no leaks and clean up the workspace
Gas valve we had was bad from factory. Need to get back with customer on availability of new gas valve and when we can put it in.
Call for fault furnace igniter causing preventing warm airflow throughout home. Replace the failed igniter and test the system to ensure the problem was fixed. Client informed through entire process and made aware of the issue before the repair was made.
Checked the hot water Found iron build up in the discharge line for the water heater Cleared the blockage at the water heater, replaced the flex hose Flushed out the top of the water heater Insured the water pressure is normal No room for a softener or iron filter, may just have to manage symptoms Owner is renewing gp Also customer is having the ac replaced in the spring so will not need the ac tuneup done on the old system
Checked the kitchen sink drain Rebuilt the drain, installed s-trap Tested, no leaks but the sink was backing up, pressure is probably what caused the original to fall off Ran the hand held machine down the sink and cleared the blockage Ran hot water and soap and verified it is draining and no leaks Cleaned up the workspace
Found that inducer motor had failed replaced inducer motor and verified operation
Heat tune up verified everything was working properly.
Rewired gfci outlets to work properly and swapped out 15 amp breaker for a 20 because microwave was tripping it.
Found well pump to be constantly running. Shut off pressure tank and drained, tested and found no pressure in tank, Suggested customer call specialist to replace.
Installed new breaker panel and new outlets customer wants up to send a paper invoice in the mail he paid today
Quoted 100 amp panel customer wants to go ahead and do it also went with a gold plan need to call and schedule a day to install also want to have outlets installed wants us to bring paper invoice
Unit would shut off after a min of running, after it tried to startup again found the pressure switch was not closing. Cleaned drain line of obstruction and ran unit for 10 min to confirm proper system operation. Ensured proper system operation before leaving
