Found pressure switch from well was shorted out. I found the breaker was tripped. I replaced switch and reset breaker. I had to turn off main power in order to kill power and when I did I found the main 100 amp breaker was shorted out and found the bar was melted. Customer will need new sub panel. She accepted quote for replacement. Customer is without water and will need panel replacement asap.
Performed ac tune-up. Found unit low on r410a. Put in 12oz of r410a. Verified proper operation.
Performed ac tune-up on geo. Changed tstat due to malfunction. Verified proper operation of new tstat and ac. Showed customer inside of geo, customer wants price for I-wave.
Found unit low on r22 and condensate drain plugged
Ac unit was not running, I found that a fuse from the disconnect on the house by the meter was bad. When I changed it out the unit started up and ran as it should
When I got here the compressor wasn’t running but fan was. Customer stated their house was stuck by lightning. I checked capacitor and found it was bad. When I changed it out the ran unit ran as it should
Toilet fills slowly. Customer plans on remodeling the bathroom and would like to wait to decide is she wants a new toilet or to rebuild tank of current one. There was lots of hair in the shower drain causing it to drain slow, once I cleared it the drain worked as it should
When I got here the compressor wasn’t running. After checking the capacitor I found it was bad. I changed it out with a new one and the unit started operating properly
Identified a weak capacitor during AC inspection. Replaced it with a new 45+5 MFD dual run capacitor. Tested the system to ensure proper operation, verifying correct startup and cooling efficiency. This replacement restores optimal AC performance and prevents future malfunctions. Regular inspections are recommended to maintain system reliability.
Completed the installation of a whole-home air purification system to enhance indoor air quality. Installed a Honeywell F300 electronic air cleaner, which uses high-efficiency filters to capture airborne particles and allergens. Integrated the system with the existing HVAC unit for seamless operation. Tested the system to ensure it was functioning correctly and explained the maintenance procedures to the homeowner. Also addressed a leaking kitchen faucet, temporarily stopping the leak. Provided an estimate for replacing both the kitchen faucet and the basin faucet to ensure long-term functionality and efficiency.
Found unit is low on R22. Also found blower capacitor is out of spec. Rating is 10 I was reading 3.8. Also recommend replacing blower due to damaged windings. New system quoted for customer reference. Office to finalize quotes and provide to customer.
I cleared main drain plug with medium auger and verified proper operation. Inspected with camera.
Augered drain, did not open. Needs quoted to replace and dig new main drain.
I found backed up drains in country not town, suspect septic tank may be full. Pulled toilet and waiting on layman septic to come pump it out. May auger, depends on tank pumping, but need to reset toilet.
Replaced existing capacitor with heavy duty turbo capacitor.
