I performed a precision heat tune-up on the unit in Edgerton, OH. The system is in good working condition. The filter used is a Honeywell 16x25x4. No issues were found during the inspection, and the system is ready for the heating season.
Found bad blower motor in furnace. Office to order. Will install upon arrival.
Filter sold in office 8/1/2022, invoice was not previously sent. Invoice sent for customer records on 9/5/24.
Did a cleaned and tune and checked charge and only thing I seen that needed done was a new 40/5 cap
Performed precision tuneup on ac. Everything looked good except the capacitor was getting very low. Customer agreed to change it out before it became a problem
Found pressure switch from well was shorted out. I found the breaker was tripped. I replaced switch and reset breaker. I had to turn off main power in order to kill power and when I did I found the main 100 amp breaker was shorted out and found the bar was melted. Customer will need new sub panel. She accepted quote for replacement. Customer is without water and will need panel replacement asap.
Performed ac tune-up. Found unit low on r410a. Put in 12oz of r410a. Verified proper operation.
Performed ac tune-up on geo. Changed tstat due to malfunction. Verified proper operation of new tstat and ac. Showed customer inside of geo, customer wants price for I-wave.
Found unit low on r22 and condensate drain plugged
Ac unit was not running, I found that a fuse from the disconnect on the house by the meter was bad. When I changed it out the unit started up and ran as it should
When I got here the compressor wasn’t running but fan was. Customer stated their house was stuck by lightning. I checked capacitor and found it was bad. When I changed it out the ran unit ran as it should
Toilet fills slowly. Customer plans on remodeling the bathroom and would like to wait to decide is she wants a new toilet or to rebuild tank of current one. There was lots of hair in the shower drain causing it to drain slow, once I cleared it the drain worked as it should
