Performed precision heat tuneup. There was a slight clog in the condensate trap after cleaning the trap system is in good working condition. Filter size 16 x 20 x 4 glass floss
Ran duct cleaning machine through all runs and ductwork in basement
Blower wheel cleaning and small, turbo capacitor Blower cleaning
Checked and cleaned ac. Gave quote for furnace and ac.
Heat pump doesn’t have any refrigerant in the system. We did a leak inspection on the unit and it is leaking from the u joints on the evaporator coil. We recommend to the customer since the air handler is very old and should be replaced to replace that unit and get a new evaporator coil and run a new line set for the system
For this job, I replaced the shower shut off valve. After I install the new part, I proceeded to check for leak, and found none. I confirmed that everything is working properly
For this job, the customer said they have a water leak that is connected to the shower. After I looked over the supply, water line, going to the shower I found the line busted from freezing. I recommended to the customer, have not replaced and quoted him an estimate of labor and parts. With the customers permission, I replaced cold water supply for Shower. Turning the water back on, I checked for leaks and was not able to find any. The customer has Running water now. For future jobs, I found the foundations have cracked and it is exposed to the outdoor environment. There Was a couple vents open, but I did sealed them up with insulation. I did not find any other issues
Completed the installation of a new furnace in Sherwood, OH, replacing an outdated unit that had served for over 20 years. The installation involved configuring the new system (Goodman 80,000 BTU 80% AFUE 9-Speed Single Stage Gas Furnace - Upflow/Horizontal) for optimal performance, checking all connections, and ensuring proper operation. The upgraded furnace, with advanced features, promises enhanced efficiency and reliable heating for the upcoming years.
For this job, the customer was having a problem with her house, not heating. So I proceeded to check the furnace and found the igniter fell to light. So I recommended to the customer having their igniter replaced and she gave me the OK to have that part done. After I had that part, replaced the furnace ignited and the burners lit up. I checked the operation of the furnace and found it working properly again. I did not find any other issues with the system Overall rating for the system is good. The customer has heat.
Replaced low-voltage wires from thermostat to air handler and from air handler to heat pump. I verified everything was operating properly and that defrost cycle turned on electric heat.
Replaced outdoor thermostat on heat pump ensured system was working properly.
Performed AC maintenance. When arriving at the customers house, we turn the thermostat down 10° and then to proceed to work on the furnace blower to find it dirty and needs to be clean. Check the capacitor on the blow to find the readings good. I was not able to get to the coil or to the drain. So we proceed to check the AC unit to find the coil dirty and we cleaned that and put our gauges on to find the pressure all checked out. We proceed to check the capacitor to find the capacitor rusted and, it showing signs of leaking. I did recommend the customer getting a new capacitor, but they are wanting to wait until it goes out. I also did check the filter to find it was clogged up so the customer went ahead and bought two filter from us. Everything checked good AC system working great
Performed precision tune up on the ac system and found it to be pretty low on Freon. Charged system with 5 pounds of Freon and verified proper operation. If system is low again next year I highly recommend a leak search due to amount of Freon lost.
Replaced the water heater
Insured no leaks
Cleaned the aerators and workspace
Insured the water heater is working properly before leaving
Performed the tuneup on furnace and heat pump Left the customer a filter for free, gold plan Found a weak run capacitor for the blower motor Replaced the capacitor Insured the dual fuel system is working properly before leaving
