Dan V and his assistant were very professional as they replaced our hot water heater today. Dan was apologetic as they had to go back to the warehouse for a heater that would fit the tight quarters in our furnace room. Not a problem for us. The work was very neat and Dan explained all that was done and answered all our concerns. We highly recommend Keil and applaud their workers and their workmanship!

Installation of furnace fine except when the installer put his foot through the sheetrock in my ceiling. Keil has agreed to replace the sheetrock and paint the ceiling.
