No complaints with the scheduling of my service. However, Keil was not going to honor the last year of my 10 year warrenty on an A/C unit purchased from them. The compressor has been nothing but trouble for almost the entire period with a leak which they have tested and not found w/o me spending yet even more money to repair THEIR product. My service guy went to the mat for me since the cost of leakage test, coolant & an attempt to charge me for service were completely unfair. You can read between the lines on why that would happen. I hope his job is safe. I still have a leaking compressor unit and will unfortunately need coolant at least annually.
