John was polite and nice and appeared to know what he was doing. I gave you a 5 for quality but personally it is not a fair question since I am not in a position to opine on the quality of the service. I don't believe this is a fair question to ask a customer who is not knowledgeable on AC maintenance and repair. As far as convenience I only gave you a 3. Every year I pay in advance for next year's service. I should be getting a call in May to schedule my service. Instead, every year I have to call. If I did not call, I wonder if I would have gotten a call from Keil. For those regular customers that pay in advance, it should be Keil calling early in the season to schedule maintenance and not leaving this up to the customer.
