Any time I have to pay to get something done it bugs me. But it doesn't bug me when I feel that I got my money's worth. So I'm saying that I'm a satisfied customer because I feel like Nabil did a good job, he represents Kidder in a professional manner, he guides me in my decisions but doesn't hard sell me and I appreciate that. The main thing about service, repairs, and being a satisfied customer is if my air conditioner keeps running and doesn't break down soon after I put money in it.
