We were called out for a warranty. The receptacles I added to the office is not receiving the proper voltage. This issue is do to the amount of computers on one circuit. I'm recommending we install a new circuit from the electrical room to the new office space.
We were called out due to flickering computer in the conference room. I found a loose neutral in the back of the Junction box above the ceiling. **warranty **
We were called out to the office where I spoke to Britney. We are installing 2 additional receptacles to the conference using the existing circuit.

I replaced the main panel today and completed 2 bedrooms (alumi-con)
We need to replace the interior and exterior panel. The house also has aluminum wires and need alumi-con splicers.
I was called out because water was leaking from the air handler. What I found was a clogged drain and a stuck float switch. I cleared the drain line and cleaned the float switch. But I'm recommending a new float switch be installed.
We had to add some freon. But I believe the airflow on the return side of the system. The door in the hallway restrict the flow of air.
During my evaluation I found an open neutral on the circuit that feeds the refrigerator and countertop receptacles. I also found aluminum wire and coper wire in the same wire nut. This is what may have cause the wire nut in the panel to melt. I'm recommending we install alumi-con splicers throughout the house.
