Today we came in to resolve a hot water heater issue you were having where the hot water heater was not receiving the adequate amount of voltage. After some investigation we concluded that the Disconnect that was installed is damaged and you are in need of a new one. We’ll have to add a junction box and the go into the disconnect so that the installation is up to code. Furthermore your Ac system has a plug and that’s a code violation as well. You’ll have to hard wire your Ac unit into the junction box instead of having a plug and outlet attached. As per the A/C issue, tomorrow we’ll have A/C techs pass by and properly give you an estimate and solution to the issue.
