Supply and install new copper feeder wire from the meter room to the existing electrical panel in the unit. Replace the 100-amp main circuit breaker in the meter room with a new 100-amp circuit breaker. Test and confirm the correct voltage is at the unit electrical panel.

You explained to me what the line controls and where it runs to. I was able to understand the grasp of work that needs to be done in replacing the EMT pipe with a new 3/4†PVC pipe and refeed the wire to pool equipment.
