We attempted to run a “snake” and upon our investigation, we discovered the following: - The conduit could be compromised from the 7th floor to the 6th floor therefore it will not allow new wires to run through it. ——— This estimate includes: - Cutting drywall on 6th floor level to access EMT going to 7th floor. - Replacing EMT from 7th floor level to the 6th floor. ——— ****NOTES****: - There will be no drywall patching after work is done. - We do not know if addition conduit will need replacing until we start the work. - Additional conduit going to your unit below the 6th floor is not included in this estimate.

Rejuvenate of 7.5 ton Split AC System Clean outside Condensing unit coil. Clean Evaporator coil at air handler unit. Install new condensate drain pump. Install new condensate drain pipe, Inspect for leak in refrigerant system. Evacuate the refrigerant and recharge system to proper pressure. Replace electrical components. NOTE: Compressor not being replaces. Fan motors not being replaced. NO WARRANTY!!! System is 16 years old.
