We were called out to the house because the breaker for the garage/bedroom keeps tripping. Do to the overloaded circuit. I'm recommending we add a dedicated gfci circuit for the garage refrigerator. While I was walking with the customer and we talked about replacing the outside ceiling fan and wall sconce. I'm also adding a gfci on the patio
We completed our red carpet visit for the summer. I found no issues on this visit. The house is for sale so the next visit will be with new owners.

While I was already at the house to give a quote on the panel and the Fluorescent light fixtures. we also spoke about and installing under cabinet lights in the kitchen and installing two fans on the patio. We completed our first red carpet maintenance visit for this year and we had no problems this time around.
We looked at the light J-Box for the pool light. It needs to be replaced.
The contractor was confused about how I installed the wiring in the kitchen. I explained in detail.
We are replacing approximately 20 deco Style light switches. We are also replacing 4 light bulbs. (3 in the master bathroomand 1 in the kitchen)
We are adding the wire for future lighting above kitchen cabinets
We are complete with our 2nd red carpet maintenance visit. We are offering another yr. And recommending we replace the ultra violet light in the air handler.
We found two bad fuses in the ceiling next to each unit. Once I got the units running I was able to add enough refrigerant to get the unit running. These units were very low and I strongly recommend finding the leak.
We found a loose wire behind the receptacle in the living room.
I checked the Freon pressure (good). I checked temperature at the unit in the attic ( return 78.8 - supply 51.6) I checked the temperature coming out of the grills (range from 53.7 to 61.8) The return grill is a little small for that unit. (Recommendation to 24x24) and relocate to the ceiling. The thermostat was not reading the same temperature as my tester. (May need to be replaced) I also recommend tenting the windows in the family room.
