I opened up the panel, read lol circuits and everything was good voltage wise. I gave you the option to remove those double taps and also add a whole home surge protector to your panel. Iâ€™m glad to inform you that the double tap issues as been resolved and the whole home surge protector has been installed in your main disconnect outside of your house by the FPL meter. I checked both panels and everything is reading the correct voltage and your machines are all turning on. The issue that is occurring is that the actual blower isnâ€™t sucking anything up how it should be. The motor for the blower needs to be replaced in order for everything to work correctly once again. Today when I got to your home you guided me to the back of your home on the left side and showed me the sub panel we installed for you and you explained to me that the breaker keeps tripping. After troubleshooting and reading all the connections, I concluded that you had a BAD breaker, I replaced the breaker and turned on your lights for 10 mins and nothing tripped. Also we swapped out the old panel and put a new 150amp main lug panel with a surge protector. Everything is working 100% and your house is electrically safe now. Today when I came to your rental property, the tenant guide me to the back of the home where I saw your burnt down 150 amp main disconnect. The issues youâ€™re having with your electrical system, first is you have no grounding system for your main disconnect panel or surge protection, thatâ€™s one of the reasons why it got burnt down. I also went inside the unit and saw the existing Zinsco panel You have, I highly recommend that panel is replaced, because the panel has issues when it comes to tripping of the breakers and itâ€™s also very old. Iâ€™ve written down a few options how we can get all this resolved and your electrical system running 100% again.
