Supply and install one (1) new 200-amp, 3-phase, 120/240-volt, 42-ckt interior electrical panel with sub-metering device. Power to originate from the existing buss-duct system in bay #3. Remove three (3) existing 1-phase electrical panels in Bay #3 Identify the existing circuits from the office area in Bay #3 and re-circuit them to the new 200-amp electrical service. Provide all conduit, wire and junction boxes required to re-route the existing circuits to the new panel. Disconnect and cap-off all old office circuits no longer being used. Relocate wiring to "house lights" with timers from Bay #3 to Bay #2 electrical panel. Includes wiring to new RTU units on roof. Existing office wiring, fixtures, switches, etc., to remain "as-is". Subject to the final approval of the building department.
