Today we had the pleasure of troubleshooting your home electrical due to the fact that when certain appliance and units turn on the whole home experiences a voltage drop. We then opened up your panel and meter and concluded that with no load on the lines the voltage coming in from FPL were 110v and 120v. We believe that this misbalance of voltages is what’s causing your home to have power surges. Please reach out to FPL and have one of their techs come out and inspect their lines.
