This estimate includes: - Removing existing fans in bedroom, living room. - Remove light fixture in kitchen area. - Install (2) C/S fans. (1) in each bedroom. - Install (2) C/S fans in front & back porch. - Install (2) C/S light fixtures in living room and kitchen area. - Install dimmer switch for existing 3 recessed lights. - Install (2) C/S light fixtures in hallway by front door. - Run new wire from exhaust fan to switch to separate lights from fan. - Replace (3) Customer Supplied exhaust fans in bathrooms. - Installing (8) 4” recessed lights in living room. - Replace (2) trims in bedroom. - Install dimmer switch in existing box. - Install a double stack switch in existing 2 gang box. +++ Additional work - Replace Gfci with regular outlet. - Inst
