Heater activated on heat and CU activated on cool but in both cases blower motor failed to initiate, tested blower motor on fan on blower motor still failed to initiate. Replace blower motor.
Replace old Challenger exterior main breaker panel with new panel and breakers. Permits are not included. Patching and painting by others.
Replace thermostat with new digital, thermostat. Refrigerant needed to be added.
