We were called out to the house because the customer wants an estimate to replace the existing FPE panel with a new panel. We will be installing a flush mount 100 amp interior panel with all new breakers and a new 150 amp outdoor main panel. I'm including a 20 amp weatherproof gfci under the main panel outside. We were called out to the house because the ac stopped cooling. During my evaluation I found that a lizard had gotten behind the Defrost board and shorted it out. We were called out to the house to give a quote on installing an interlocking kit. The kit will be rated for 50 apps and will come with a surge protector. The customer is responsible for the Generator and the 50 cable for the generator connection. The customer also will be providing a soft start kit for the AC unit.

This was a warranty call. The new recessed lights i installed were flickering. I replaced one. I think it was faulty out of the box.

We are going to add 3 recessed lights and replace 4 devices on the counter top. We are also replacing the lights with retrofit led lights.

We completed our first red carpet maintenance visit. The unit is in great condition but we still can install some upgrades. Like ultraviolet light for air quality and a surge protector to protect the unit. We also went over us installing lighting to the backyard. I'm recommending two spot light using existing power. Also installing a pole light near the future fire pit.

We disconnect wire to old post light, because it was causing the gfci in the garage. We also tightened the loose receptacle above the counter top. Door bell needs a new diode because the one that's installed is broken.
