We completed our red carpet visit for the summer. I noticed this time around that the outside unit was a little dirty and could use a cleaning. This was a warranty call. The new recessed lights i installed were flickering. I replaced one. I think it was faulty out of the box.
We are going to add 3 recessed lights and replace 4 devices on the counter top. We are also replacing the lights with retrofit led lights.
We completed our first red carpet maintenance visit. The unit is in great condition but we still can install some upgrades. Like ultraviolet light for air quality and a surge protector to protect the unit. We also went over us installing lighting to the backyard. I'm recommending two spot light using existing power. Also installing a pole light near the future fire pit.
We disconnect wire to old post light, because it was causing the gfci in the garage. We also tightened the loose receptacle above the counter top. Door bell needs a new diode because the one that's installed is broken.
Came out as a record breaker was tripping. We came out to inspect the system we upgraded a 50 amp breaker to a 60 amp breaker so the water heater can run out at maximum capacity water heater is no longer tripping 30+ minutes on. AC system we unclog the drain‘s filled with water system is running at 74°. Hey system and water heater are not interconnected nor on the same breaker
