Bob’s technical expertise and communication skills were enormously helpful in remedying a March no-heat situation with a 2 year old furnace. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and methodically rule out any other potential causes for the heat exchanger to fail prematurely. Bob resolved both the immediate need to replace the heat exchanger as well as the underlying issues of a faulty installation. Great job! A+++
