Last year we had a furnace replaced by Krane. When we discovered we needed to replace another furnace I called Krane first. Their price, timeliness, and quality of service, we’re deciding factors for choosing them again. All of the employees; from sales to installation, service, and support are very helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff and Michael, the installers, called when they were on the way and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
