On the morning of the installation we had to re-schedule the door installation because the door was damaged at the warehouse or in shipping. In my opinion this condition of the door should have been checked before the day of the installation. This caused me to miss a day of work, and cost me money. The installation was delayed for over a week. The installer was excellent though. He got the job done, and was very personable.
