Let me set the story for you: It's Sunday afternoon. The AC is on but the house is getting hotter. I check the AC unit outside and - it's dead. This is the second year in the row we've had issues with this aging, fifteen-year-old unit. I leap onto the computer to check who's servicing my area on a Sunday... first place that comes up I call: Krane's. YES they can come on a Sunday and I'm the next in line! Darryl comes out and checks out the situation. Not good. Unit is old and needs to be replaced. He does what he needs to in order to get it up and running until they can come back. Luckily they had an opening the very next day in the morning! Weatherman is forecasting a hot week in the high 80's, so I'm thankful. The guys come out ON TIME Monday morning and get right to work. They swapped out my aged unit and did a clean and tidy install (improved I may add over my old one) onto my furnace. They put down a nice new pad for the newer, larger AC unit and all is well. They even hooked up the WIFI thermostat I had on-hand for me! Great service... great install. Overall, very pleased with my experience and I will absolutely use them again!
