A Krane technician, Daryl, came out on a freezing New Year's Day and got my old furnace running until a new one could be installed. The new furnace was in place and running less than 24 hours later, and Jeff Sparks came back to put the finishing touches on it a couple of days later. There was no extra charge for the initial service call. The communication was excellent throughout. I can't comment on the total price, because I wasn't in a position to shop around, but it's within the range I expected based on information online. Krane's reputation in the Waterford area seems to be well-earned.

Jeff and his team did an excellent job with the installation of our new a/c unit. They were on time and completed the work in only a few hours! Floor covering was laid to protect the interior floors which was appreciated! Great experience with the entire Krane team!
