Our rep did a great job explaining the operation and working structure of our furnace. He even found that the furnace was not operating to it's full capacity and fixed it. NO EXTRA CHARGE. It was refreshing to have someone work with me instead of trying to find ways to charge me extra. I will definitely work with them again
