Best experience in a difficult situation, could not have asked for better service than was received when furnace died. My 5:30am emergency call was answered, repairman was out a few hours later and the next day Jeff and Mike installed new furnace. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend Jeff and the others who supported getting heat back in the house!

Bob took a much longer time to do the work than I expected. He was all by himself for the bulk of the work. Not his fault. You didn't send the person who gave me the original quote. I would have preferred that you scheduled the work to be done by the person who quoted but said you would call and make the appointment, which you did but didn't confirm person to do the work.
