I called Lartz about a non-emergency issue I was having with my AC unit and they came out the next day. Sam was the tech who showed up, and it took him about 5 minutes to figure out the issue, and he was able to fix it right away. He also explained to me why the issue occurred and how to help prevent it from happening going forward. Great guy and awesome service.
