I've been a member of the annual service that Lartz offers to have my AC & furnace checked in the spring/fall. My furnace is about 20 years old and Ron came out for my fall checkup and found a few issues that needed attention. With everything going on in the world right now, money was a bit tight. He explained the issues in a clear and concise way and was able to help prioritize which ones I needed to focus on if I wanted my furnace to last a few more years. Ron then came back out a few weeks later and installed the new parts in no time. Super quick, very helpful & knowledgeable, as well as welcoming and friendly. I sat and talked with him while he installed everything in about 15 minutes. He had everything taken care of and was out the door within half an hour. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful too.
