I replaced a gas water heater with an upgraded Navien on-demand system.
I arrived at the job site to find that the water pressure was low and there was no hot water available. I ran diagnostics to determine the issue and found that the big blue filters were full of sediment, preventing water from flowing through. I chose a band aid solution by adding a sediment filter and replacing the filters in the big blue. I installed the sediment filter with a purge line and performed safety testing and diagnostics to ensure there were no leaks. I completed the job successfully and the customer was satisfied with the results.
