Everyone I communicated with was very happy and friendly. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and once they got out to our house, work was done in about 15 minutes! It was painful paying nearly $4,000 to dig about a 2ft square hole next to my meter and make a replacement, but I get it and I did expect to pay quite a bit. I wish it could have been explained to me what needed to be done so I could attempt to repair it myself first, but then how would you make any business. So I understand. I am very pleased that the work got done and it seems to be holding up great. I appreciate the service!
