Upstairs shower arm was broken off in wall. Cut out the broken piece and installed new shower arm. The down stairs was dripping a little and when I tried un threading it that one was broken as well. Cut that out and replaced with a new arm as well.

The customer has two AO Smith water heaters, one 43 years old and the other 25 years old, as well as two furnaces and electric floor heating. They are experiencing inconsistent heating across different zones and a bathroom sink has become unattached. The customer is interested in a full system renovation, but the carpenter he had lined up for the well house construction is unavailable for the next few months.
