Water line leak repair. Toilet supply lines were leaking causing sheetrock damage. Removed and replaced the leaking pipes and reinstalled the toilet. Testing and working great.
I was called to repair a well pump that was not holding pressure. Upon inspection, I found that the pump had a cracked casing and needed to be replaced. I replaced the pump and the customer was happy with the results.

I diagnosed the issue as a leaking gas water heater and provided a quote for the repair. The customer agreed to the repair and I completed the work the same day.

I uninstalled a utility sink, removed plumbing protrusions, patched the wall, painted, installed flood control valves and sensors, and installed a new washing machine supply in the wall. I also ordered and installed a flood control valve and sensors.

Customer had a barbed fitting on there main water line under home blow apart. To fix issue I cut out that section and replaced with a whole house shutoff off in copper. I added a pressure gage on the water heater as well and did an entire home crawl to check for other leaks or to see if anything else was alarming. Found that the water pressure is fluctuating erratically and hitting 90 psi. Home does not have prv or expansion tank.
