Arrived to do a dual performance maintenance. Turned on the air conditioning systems at their respective thermostat. Measured the temperature split between return and supply air for each separate system. Performed a static pressure test to ensure each system has the proper air flow. Found that both systems are operating beyond their maximum rated static pressure. Each system is rated for .5 IWC and are performing much higher than that.
