Upon arrival I found that the system was operating and getting a twenty degree split. I checked static pressure and found that the system has high static pressure. I checked everything at the outdoor unit and found that the unit was extensively dirty which was the cause of why it was not cooling as well. Upon customer approval we preformed a extensive cleaning and got them on the new maintenance program. System is operating properly at this time.
