Upon arrival the AC was not cooling the house. At inspection I tested the static pressure which was failing. Lindsey is here working on a solution for the static pressure. The indoor blower runs perfect. I went outside and the unit was not running. I found the error code telling me it was in lockout mode because of a high pressure switch was tripped. I reset the unit and everything started up but because it’s only 47 degrees. I called the Bluon technical support and they assisted me in the diagnosis. They think one of the TXV’s(inside or outside) is not metering the refrigerant properly. I let the customer know all of this info and let her know I will need to return on a warmer day to get the system fixed and locked in properly. She was very nice and understanding when gave her the news. We will schedule to come back out on a warmer day. I will contact scheduling to call and pick a better day with the customer. Customer paid the $59 Trip & Diagnosis fee by card.
