I appreciate that LBA contacted me to schedule the tune-up appointment and offered me a deeper discount than the "norm". My technician was "Nick" - he acknowledged that he had been to my residence before to provide service; he brought another "issue" in the basement to my attention and even offered to "call it in for me" to arrange additional service.
