I have a nearly new and somewhat complicated A/C system that wasn't functioning properly one morning when I called LBA. Aaron arrived that same afternoon, and, of course, the unit was-- somewhat embarrassingly-- functioning normally. Aaron checked out the entire system and offered several explanations of why it might have not functioned one day and was functioning normally the next. (My remodeling contractor could have contributed to or caused the issue...) Aaron told me what to watch for going forward and we agreed that he would return if I experienced further problems. Aaron said there would be no charge for this visit (on the hottest day of the year so far!) and he or the installer would personally return if there is any further issue with the system. As a result of this fast and capable service, I feel comfortable that LBA will stand behind its products and the LBA technicians will provide prompt and capable support if there are any issues. A truly differentiating experience from "the other guys" I have dealt with in the past.
