I bought a new washing machine and when it was delivered and installed the delivery person could not disconnect the cold water hose and just connect the old hose to new machine... the hose was leaking bad. Called LBA to have either a tech to strong arm or replace the cold water knob.. Austin showed up and tried to strong arm the hose but it wasn’t cooperating! Lol. We talked it over and decided to replace the whole knob! Austin was very professional and awesome! Stuck around a few extra minutes to make sure new knob was not leaking! If I have any other plumbing issues, would like Austin to return! Lucky you all have him working for you!! Thanks again!
