Company arrived Thursday, September 15 of 2022. Customer was had concerns about their lavatory drain not being connected. Upon arrival company discovered the drain line was not properly glued to the tee behind the wall. The customer also informed the company the p- trap did not fit the new vanity. Company gave estimates for a p-trap replacement at this time. Company removed the existing p-trap and replaced it for new. While preforming the p-trap replacement, company discovered older gate style emergency stops and recommended replacing them due to age and the high possibility of them failing in the future. The customer stated they have already had issues with the emergency shut offs and agreed to have them replaced. Company had the customer shut the incoming water off and open a faucet downstairs to drain the water from the line. Company then cut both pex emergency shut offs out and replaced them with new. Company then set the vanity into position and hooked the water lines and drain up
