When I get exemplary service that goes above and beyond, I always like to share with y'all. Contacted a handful of local firms, some showed, couple just had crazy schedules. Tues am their tech arrived and listened to the symptoms I've been dealing with the last summer and winter, diagnosed what I had a feeling was the problem since this Heil system started faltering. Long story short, holes in the heat exchanger which meant system was down for good. For people who don't understand, you cannot run a heater with bad exchanger as that is potentially deadly, meaning we were living pioneer style lol. Pricing was considerate, not blue sky but not cheapest in town, included several extras we desperately needed. The post I made to LBA Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing : Your crew just finished our total replacement with new heating, a/c and duct cleaning.
