Checked the system in the cooling mode, found static to be failing, the blower wheel to be extremely dirty. On the outdoor unit found the compressor to be having a hard time starting and a dirty coil. Talked with the customer about findings and options to fix them. The customer decided to install a hard start kit and an extensive coil cleaning today, and wants to think about getting the other options done. The water was shutoff due to work being done in the area so we will return later to do the extensive cleaning.
