3/4/24 Sent out today to Justin’s in regards to some plumbing they are needing removed. The previous owners had a set up for extra water lines and drain lines in a back room to accommodate a fish tank set up. Justin would like to use the room for other things and wants to know what we can do to go removed the plumbing. I thanked them for their information and requested a few minutes to document everything and to get some information for them. The existing set up has a water quality setup with a line existing and entering the finished wall. There is also a sink with hot and cold lines and a drain line coming out of the finished wall. There is also a set of boiler drains coming out of the wall. I inspected the utility room directly next to the room where work is to be done and noticed there are some pex lines with ball valves already turned off. I went over a couple options covering: -cut all three sections of water lines and Sheetrock. Cap and set back into wall Cut back
